Purchase conditions

1. General provisions.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) shall be a binding legal document for the Parties, which sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller in relation to the purchase of Goods by the Buyer through e-shop. in the shop.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account statutory requirements. The Buyer is informed by email. on the shop’s website. When a customer shops online. the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed apply.

1.3. Buy email. have the right to:

1.4. By adopting the Rules, the Seller also warrants that, in accordance with 1.3. clause 2, the Buyer shall have the right to purchase the Goods by email. in the shop.

1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer e-mails the Seller. after having created a shopping cart in the shop, specified the delivery address, chosen the payment method and read the Seller’s rules, click on the “Confirm order” button (see point 5 “Ordering, prices, payment procedure, terms”).

1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored in an email account. in the shop.

2. Personal data protection.

3. Seller’s rights and obligations.

3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the e-shop. the services provided by the shop.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to damage the Seller’s email address, the Buyer shall be responsible for the damage. the stability and security of the operation of the Shop or breaches its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop immediately and without notice. 3.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with respect to the Buyer’s personal information contained in the email address provided by the Seller. in the shop registration form.

3.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

4. Ordering, prices, payment procedures, terms.

4.1. El. The shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.2. The Contract shall commence from the moment when the Buyer clicks on the “Confirm Order” button, and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the Buyer’s email address. by post.

4.3. Prices for goods in e-commerce in the shop and on the order form are in euros, including VAT.

4.4. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
4.4.1. Pay by email. Banking – prepayment via the Buyer’s e-banking. the banking system. The Buyer shall transfer the money to the email address. the shop’s current account. In this case, the responsibility for data security lies with the bank concerned, as all monetary transactions take place via the bank’s e-banking system. in the banking system.

4.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after payment for the goods has been received does the consignment start to be formed.

5. Returns and exchanges.

5.1 Any defects in the goods sold shall be rectified, defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 2001. 29 June 217 “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods”, unless the contract cannot be withdrawn from in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g. when the contract is concluded for the sale of hygiene products – bed linen; see the information available on the website of the Public Institution Consumer Centre http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, “Specifics of the Return and Exchange of Non-Food Goods”, point 18). In all cases, money for returned goods is paid only to the payer’s bank account.

5.2 The Buyer may return the item(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by the means of contact specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned item, the order number and the reasons for the return.

In the event of a return of the wrong goods and/or goods of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and to replace them with similar suitable goods.

In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, exclusive of the delivery charge.

The customer is responsible for the cost of transport when returning or exchanging the product.

In the event of a return, a refund will be issued within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. In all cases, money for returned goods shall be paid only to the bank account specified by the payer in the return request. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the event that the reason for returning the goods is the purchase of a product of inadequate quality, we are obliged to replace the inadequate quality product with a product of adequate quality at our own expense, or to reimburse the money paid for the product, where the product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, i.e. where there are no identified irregularities caused by the buyer’s improper use, damages, unreplaced parts, the serial number of the product is the same as the one of the product purchased and the one of the returned product etc.

6. Return of quality goods

6.1 The return of quality goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade and the Rules of Retail Trade themselves, the provisions of Article 6.228(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (“The consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract within fourteen days, without stating a reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 6.22811 of this Code.

In the event that the Consumer concludes a contract of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) by means of communication only (distance contract) and is therefore unable to exercise his/her statutory right to inspect the Goods and assess their suitability prior to the conclusion of the Contract, he/she shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract of sale by giving written notice to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. If the Buyer has purchased several Goods under one Contract, the Buyer shall have the right to reject all the Goods purchased under one Contract or only some of the Goods purchased under one Contract in full. The period of 14 (fourteen) days for the submission of a written request shall commence from the date of delivery of the Goods(s) to the Buyer or its authorised representative and shall not be extended or in any way linked to the transfer or return of the Goods to the Seller or to any other person for any reason beyond the control of the Seller. Quality goods purchased can be returned within 14 days. if:

the returned product is in its original, clean packaging;
the product is unused and undamaged;
the product is in good condition (labels intact, protective films, bags, etc.);
the returned product is in full working order with all the documentation supplied by the manufacturer;
When returning the product, you must present the document of purchase and the warranty card (if issued).

Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:

goods which have been made to the Buyer’s individual order or are obviously tailored to the Buyer’s requirements, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer after delivery due to loss of merchantability, perishability or expiry;
non-exchangeable and non-refundable quality goods delivered by special order;
in other cases where the sale and purchase agreement cannot be revoked under Lithuanian law.

6.2 When returning goods of good quality, the Buyer is responsible for the quality of the packaging.

6.3 We may refuse to accept the return of the goods if there have been changes to the appearance of the goods or the packaging that were not necessary to enable us to inspect the goods, including damaged labels, torn protective films and damage to transparent packaging that would not prevent the exercise of the right to inspect.

If damage to the packaging of the goods means that the goods cannot be subsequently disposed of at the same price, without prejudice to the rights of the other Buyer of the goods to purchase new and unused goods, such goods may only be returned by mutual agreement (e.g. if you have agreed to compensate for the difference in the depreciation of the goods).

6.4 When returningan email. for an item purchased in the shop, we will ask you to submit a free-form written request with detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date. The request must include an account for the refund.

6.5 If you have been given an additional discount on an order at the time of purchase and you have returned only part of the goods purchased in one order, we may deduct the amount of the discount from the amount of the refund.

6.6 In the case of the return of quality goods, the Buyer shall bear the full cost of transport for their return.
